Notice about Application Fee
Please be aware that all applicants need to pay 500RMB ( or 80 US dollars) as the application fee and upload the receipt before submitting the application in the online system.
The application fee is non-refundable and it is not recognized as the evidence to show you are admitted or enrolled by the university. We suggest every applicant to confirm the application data before paying the fee and submitting the application since the application fee is non-refundable once paid, no matter the application submitted or not.
As part of a completed application, the proof of payment is very important, we will only process those applications with payment proof uploaded. The payment proof could be a receipt or remittance slip provided by the bank or other forms of transferring evidence.
How to Pay
If you choose to pay by transferring, you could use university bank account listed at the end of this notice. The university does not accept oversea bank check, if you prefer to pay by check, you must use the check provided by a Chinese domestic bank.
Remark/Reference: Please indicate the application number or passport FULL name or WUT ID as remarks (Reference IN THE BANK SLIP) when transferring money to the university account, otherwise the financial office will not be able to match the money with the applicant.
If you are in China, you can transfer money from any banks like ICBC, ABC, BOC, etc. Please conform with the bank staff before transferring that the bank is able to transfer money to a university, because some small branches of the bank do not support transferring to organizations.

After getting the receipt of your application fee, you may click "submit remittance" in the application section of your personal application account and upload the scanned file or photo copy of the receipt. Once you upload the file, the application can be submitted. Please be aware that we do not accept your proof of payment via email.
After Payment
After submitting your payment evidence into the system, the submitting remittance message will not disappear even after your payment evidence submission has been done. You do not have to submit again, unless the university request.
